Como todo, trabajar en remoto tiene sus ventajas y sus inconvenientes. Uno de esos inconvenientes es que, en algunos casos, la productividad puede verse afectada al mismo tiempo que las jornadas laborales de los empleados y empleadas que teletrabajan se alargan por no rendir lo suficiente. Con el fin de evitar esto es necesario mejorar la productividad. Para ello, en el post de hoy te ofrecemos 5 consejos básicos.

1. Rutina

Establece una rutina diaria y haz lo posible por cumplirla a rajatabla. La idea es que tu día a día laboral se asemeje lo máximo posible al de la oficina, esto incluye la vestimenta. Dentro de esa rutina, planea tu horario de trabajo con los descansos que harías trabajando presencialmente y respétalos.  

2. Espacio de trabajo aislado.

En la medida de lo posible, organiza un espacio de trabajo aislado de ruidos y distracciones con todo lo necesario para no tener que estar levantándote constantemente.

3. Equipo de trabajo.

Debes contar con todos los equipos de trabajo que necesitas para realizar tu trabajo correctamente. Respecto a esto, existen dos cuestiones básicas. La primera de ellas es que debes asegurarte que tu conexión a Internet sea rápida y estable, para que no se entorpezca con posibles caídas o cortes. La segunda cuestión es la protección de datos con los que trabajes. El Reglamento General de Protección de Datos no es algo que solo se cumpla en la oficina, por lo que debes tener presentes las directrices a seguir. Una buena idea es contar con una pequeña destructora de documentos para eliminar los documentos desechados de la mejor manera posible.

4. Objetivos diarios.

Dedica unos minutos al principio del día o al final del día anterior, para concretar los objetivos que debes alcanzar durante esa jornada. Esto te ayudará a focalizar y a no desconcentrarte llevando a cabo otras tareas.

5. Comunicación.

Para terminar, un último consejos: la comunicación. Aunque se trabaje en remoto, es necesario mantener una comunicación fluida con clientes, compañeros y jefes. Para ello, hay muchas herramientas como Zoom o Microsoft Teams. Para no entorpecer el flujo de trabajo de cada uno de los que formáis la empresa, es una buena idea concretar reuniones semanales.
