Para emprendedores: cómo organizar una oficina en casa

Cualquier trabajo tiene su parte administrativa, que no se puede ni se debe obviar. Muchos de nuestros clientes son autónomos y emprendedores que necesitan organizar una oficina en su casa, para llevar a cabo tareas como la facturación, elaboración de presupuestos, etc.

 

Después de muchos años trabajando con ellos,  conocemos sus necesidades y te podemos ofrecer cuatro consejos básicos para montar tu oficina en casa.

1.El espacio.

Busca un lugar tranquilo, con buena luz y con un mínimo de espacio donde puedas instalarte y trabajar cómodamente. A poder ser, que no se utilice para nada más y así no encontrarás tu “despacho” lleno de objetos o papeles que no corresponden con tu trabajo.

2. Escritorio, silla y cajoneras.

Si vas a pasar más de un par de horas sentado en este lugar, es importante que tanto el escritorio como la silla que elijas sean confortables y ergonómicos. También debes buscar una cajonera o archivador donde tener tus documentos ordenados, al día y que sean accesibles.

Intenta tener el escritorio lo más despejado posible, solo con lo que utilices habitualmente. Utiliza bandejas para los papeles, portalápices, y dedica unos minutos después del trabajo para dejar el escritorio recogido.

3. Ordenador e impresora.

Hoy en día es imprescindible disponer de un ordenador con conexión a Internet para poder elaborar facturas o presupuestos, hacer gestiones con la administración pública online y muchas tareas más que se pueden realizar desde casa. También te aconsejamos que dispongas de una impresora, por si en algún momento necesitas tener alguna información o documento en formato papel.

4. Destructora de documentos.

¿Tienes clientes? ¿Necesitas sus datos como por ejemplo nombre, dirección, DNI…? Entonces no puedes saltarte este paso. Aunque trabajemos en casa y nuestro volumen de trabajo sea aún pequeño, también debemos atender las directrices propuestas por la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos. No es necesaria una gran destructora que suponga un desembolso importante de dinero. Nuestra propuesta es la siguiente: Destructora SHREDCAT 8240 CC BY IDEAL. 4. Decoración.

Por último, toca decorar tu oficina en casa. Aunque la decoración no es imprescindible, es un elemento más que nos va a ayudar a estar cómodos y a aumentar nuestra productividad. Opta por pocos elementos decorativos pero que sean familiares y que no te roben mucho espacio. Los colores neutros evitan distracciones y ayudan a la concentración.
