Tres claves para elegir una destructora de papel.

La oferta de modelos de destructoras de papel es muy amplia. El número de personas que va a utilizar la destructora de documentos suele estar relacionado con la ubicación del equipo, como por ejemplo oficina, despacho individual o compartido, departamento, en áreas comunes de trabajo. Por ello, la clasificación de modelos de destructora por número de usuarios suele ser la siguiente:

De 1 a 3 personas.

De 1 a 5 personas.

De 1 a 8 personas.

De 5 a 8 personas.

De 8 a 15 personas.

Más de 15 personas.

Nivel de seguridad correcto. 

Hay distintos niveles de seguridad que están determinados por los tipos de datos con los que se trabaje en la empresa. Según el nivel de seguridad, la destrucción de documentación se realizará en un mayor o menor tamaño. En tiras o partículas de diferentes medidas.

A continuación, detallamos los niveles de seguridad actuales y algunos ejemplos:

Nivel P-2: Avisos y circulares internos de la empresa, instrucciones,etc

Nivel P-3: Ofertas, pedidos o presupuestos que incluyan los datos de contacto del destinatario, documentación fiscal de la empresa, etc.

Nivel P-4: Nóminas, informes médicos, documentos fiscales, personales, etc.

Nivel P-5: Patentes, análisis de competencia, especificaciones de diseños,etc.

Nivel P-6: Documentos de investigación y desarrollo, informes oficiales,etc.

Nivel P-7:Informes militares o del servicio secreto.

Material que se vaya a destruir.

Una destructora de documentos puede abarcar mucho más que papel, grapas y clips. Hay modelos de destructoras que pueden destruir tarjetas electrónicas, memorias usb, archivadores o discos compactos.
